Winter Solstice Concert ...
The high-energy sounds of world music blend with jazz,
blues and classical music as the improvising ensemble known as
Music for the Planet holds its Winter Solstice Concert on
Saturday, December 17, 2005.
The concert will feature world music, high-energy drumming,
classical and jazz improvisations, holiday tunes,
plus original compositions and spontaneous in-the-moment music.
Audience participation segments are a part of every performance,
as is the traditional drum jam.
Expect the unexpected!
